Members of Lakeland Ju-Jitsu Academy joined hundreds of other members from all over the world, to take part in this years International Training Seminar. The seminar was held in the beautiful Tuscan city of Pisa.

The seminar atttracted members from as far as Ireland, Norway, and Israel, as well as England, Scotland, and of course the host country of Italy.

The seminar focused on various training techniques, from locks to knife defence. Senior grades also took part in weapons training (Kobodu), as well as kata.

Sensi Richard Smith and Tom Owen both recieved awards at this years Gala event for representing Great Britian.
